What You Need Before You Start?

Before your reseller platform goes live, prepare a few essentials to ensure a smooth onboarding. Most resellers are up and running within a day.

What to Prepare
  1. A custom domain you own and can manage DNS records for.
  2. Your brand assets — a logo for light backgrounds, a logo for dark backgrounds, and a square favicon.
  3. Your brand color.
  4. A Stripe account, or the details needed to create one.
  5. Your pricing decisions for individual and company plans.
  6. A support contact email, and optionally a mobile or WhatsApp number.
  7. Your company legal pages — privacy policy, terms, and refund policy content.
 
Technical Requirements
You will need access to:
  • Your domain registrar or DNS provider, to point your domain and add email verification records
  • A Stripe account that can accept payments in your country
Tip: Prepare your favicon as a square PNG at 32×32 or 64×64 pixels, with a file size under 512 KB. Getting the format right upfront saves a round of re-uploads during branding setup.
