How to manage Individual Users?

You can use it to review user details, manage digital business cards, and update or remove user accounts when needed.

Open the Users Section

1. Sign in to the Reseller Dashboard.

2. Select Users from the navigation menu.

3. Browse the list of individual users on your platform.

4. Select a user to view or manage their account.

Manage a User

From a user's profile, you can manage the available account and digital business card settings.

You will be able to:

• View user information

• Edit user details

• Manage the user's digital business card

• Manage their subscription

• Manage their NFC card

• Delete the user

Tip: Use the Users section to manage individual accounts. For users who belong to an organization or team, use the Companies section instead.
