First-Week Setup Checklist
Once your Reseller Dashboard is ready, follow these steps to ensure a smooth setup.
Your Setup Checklist
-
Sign in to your Reseller Dashboard.
-
Go to Settings and open the Application tab. Set your company name, app name, timezone, meta title, and meta description.
-
Open the Branding tab. Upload your light and dark logos, set your brand colour, add your favicon, and set your footer text and social links.
-
Open the Domains tab and confirm your custom domain is active.
-
Open the Payments tab and connect your Stripe account. Complete any additional information Stripe requests.
-
Open the Plans and Pricing tab. Set your Premium and Team pricing, trial periods, and decide whether to enable the free plan.
-
Open the Support tab. Add your contact email, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and enable live chat if you use it.
-
Open the Email tab and add your sending domain, then add the DNS records provided.
-
Open the CMS tab and update your About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms, and Refund Policy pages.
-
Open the Languages tab and install the languages your clients need.
-
Create a test user from the Users section to confirm the invitation email arrives correctly.
-
Select Visit website and review your public site — check your logo, brand colour, prices, and content pages.
-
Walk through your own checkout in a private browser window to confirm clients can sign up and pay.

Once your test user receives a branded invitation and can activate their account, your platform is ready for real clients.
Before You Invite Clients
Check that:
-
Your domain loads correctly and shows your branding
-
Stripe shows as fully enabled, with no action required
-
Your pricing is correct on both monthly and yearly plans, on the dashboard and on your website
-
Invitation emails arrive from your own domain
-
Your legal pages are complete and published
-
Your website checkout reaches the payment step without errors
Important: Your website is live as soon as your domain is active. Review it before promoting your platform, because prospects can reach it whether or not you are ready.
Tip: Send yourself a test invitation and complete a test checkout before onboarding your first client. Together, they confirm your domain, branding, email, and payments are all working.
