How to Configure Your Application Settings?
Configure platform identity and basic system settings:
The Settings section, shown as White Label Settings, is where you configure your platform. It controls your branding, domain, payments, pricing, content, and languages — everything that makes the platform yours rather than ours.
Open Settings
- Sign in to the Reseller Dashboard.
- Select Settings from the navigation menu.
- Choose the tab you want to configure.

The Settings Tabs
- Application - Your company name, app name, timezone, and page meta information.
- Branding - Your brand color, logos, favicon, and footer.
- Domains - Your custom domain.
- Payments - Your Stripe connection.
- Plans and Pricing - Your individual and company plan pricing, trials, and free plan access.
- Support - Your contact details and live chat.
- Email - Your sending domain and sender identity.
- CMS - Your content pages, such as About and Privacy Policy.
- Languages - The languages available on your platform.
Recommended Setup Order
If you are configuring your platform for the first time, work through the tabs in this order:
- Application - set your platform identity first, as it appears in emails and page titles.
- Branding - upload your logos and set your brand color.
- Domains - confirm your custom domain is active.
- Payments - connect Stripe so you can accept payments.
- Plans and Pricing - set what your clients pay.
- Support - add your contact details.
- Email - add your sending domain so emails come from your brand.
- CMS - update your content and legal pages.
- Languages - install the languages your clients need.
Important: Each tab saves independently. Select the save button on a tab before moving to another one, or your changes will be lost.
Tip: Start your domain and email verification early. Both depend on DNS changes that can take time to propagate, so you can complete your branding and pricing while they verify in the background.
