Access the Reseller Dashboard
The Reseller Dashboard is where you manage your WCard.io platform. After signing in, you can manage users, companies, subscriptions, NFC cards, and other platform settings.
Before you start
You need:

An active WCard.io Reseller account

The email address associated with your account

Your account password
-
An internet connection and a modern web browser
Sign in to the Reseller Dashboard

Open your web browser and go to your reseller login page.

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Enter your password.
-
Select Sign In.
After you sign in, you'll be taken to your Reseller Dashboard.
From the navigation menu on the left, you can access the different areas of your platform, including:

Dashboard
-
Users
-
Companies
-
Subscriptions
-
NFC Cards
-
Settings
You can also access your My Profile and Support options from the lower section of the navigation menu.
Can't sign in?
If you're having trouble accessing your account, try the following:

Check that you're using the correct email address and password.

Make sure Caps Lock isn't turned on.

Select Forgot Password on the login page if you need to reset your password.
The dashboard isn't loading
If the dashboard doesn't load properly, try:

Refreshing the page.
-
Checking your internet connection.
-
Opening the dashboard in another browser.
-
Clearing your browser cache.
-
Temporarily disabling browser extensions that may be affecting the page.
If you're still unable to access the dashboard, contact the WCard.io support team.
Keep your account secure
If you're using a shared computer, sign out of your account when you're finished.
