Onboarding is a guided setup with your account manager. Most resellers go live in less than a day.
Onboarding Stages
Discovery call — Discuss how wCard's white-label solution fits your business, how reseller platform works, your expected client volume, and the seat allocation you need.
Proposal — Receive an offer covering your plan, seats, and pricing.
Checkout — Complete payment using the link shared by the wCard team.
Account creation — Your reseller dashboard is provisioned and credentials are issued.
Integration and setup — Your account manager guides you through connecting your domain, branding the platform, and connecting Stripe.
Go live — Start adding clients and selling.
Once integration is complete, your platform is fully yours to operate.
What Support You Get
Onboarding is hands-on, not a generic helpdesk. Your account manager helps you:
Connect and verify your custom domain
Set up your sending domain for branded emails
Apply your branding across the platform
Connect Stripe and configure your plans
Troubleshoot any setup issues
Tip: Complete your domain and Stripe setup first. Both can take time to verify, so starting them early means the rest of your branding work happens while verification is in progress.
